Kintide is a family support and education business operating from 58 Thaweewong Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand. We offer household document organisation sessions, family communication education workshops, and B2B advisory for family-support organisations.

By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Kintide offers the following services:

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Kintide reserves the right to withdraw or modify any service with reasonable notice.

3. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as communicated at the time of enquiry. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods and timing will be confirmed by Kintide during the booking process. Kintide reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session if payment has not been received by the agreed date.

All prices shown on this website are indicative. The price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed in writing by Kintide at the time of your booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at [email protected] or by phone.

• More than 48 hours before the session: full refund or free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund. Rescheduling may be possible at Kintide's discretion.

If Kintide needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.

5. Nature of Services — Important Limitations

Kintide does not:

• Provide legal advice or representation of any kind
• Provide financial, tax, or investment advice
• Provide counselling, therapy, or mental health services
• Prepare, draft, or review legal documents
• Retain, copy, or photograph client documents
• Guarantee any particular outcome from our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and downloadable materials — is the property of Kintide or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
