Helping Families Find Their Footing Again

Kintide was built on a simple belief: when a household has order in its paperwork and steadiness in its conversations, everything else becomes a little more manageable.

The Kintide Story

Kintide began in Phuket in 2019, when its founders — both with backgrounds in administrative consulting and adult education — noticed how often families in transition struggled not with the big decisions, but with the surrounding clutter: missing documents, unclear filing, and conversations that kept running into the same walls.

The name comes from a quiet idea about tides: how even the most turbulent sea settles into its own rhythm. We chose it because that is what we aim to offer — not a dramatic fix, but a steadier rhythm for household life.

Since those early sessions in a small Patong office, Kintide has worked with families from across Thailand and from expat communities throughout Phuket. In 2022, we added our B2B advisory offering to support organisations that wanted to improve how they served their own family-focused members.

What Drives Our Work

Our mission is straightforward: to give households the organisational tools and communication frameworks that help them navigate change with a little more ease and a little less friction.

We hold firm to the understanding that our role is to educate and organise — not to advise, represent, or intervene in any regulated capacity. That clarity is not a limitation; it is what lets us focus entirely on being genuinely useful.

Our Core Values

  • Clarity over complexity — we keep things simple
  • Honesty about scope — we say clearly what we are and are not
  • Warmth without pressure — no upselling, no false urgency
  • Practical materials — everything we do leaves a paper trail you can use

Our Standards & Approach

Every session Kintide delivers follows a set of working principles we have refined through years of household and organisational work.

Clear Scope at All Times

Before every session begins, we set out plainly what we will and will not do. Clients know they are receiving organisational help and general education — never regulated advice of any kind.

Confidentiality & Discretion

We handle household information with care. Documents shared during a session are reviewed only within the session itself and are never retained, copied, or stored by Kintide.

Written Materials Delivered

Every session concludes with a written output — a checklist, a guide, or a recommendations report. Clients leave with something tangible, not just a conversation.

Education-First Methodology

Our workshop content is designed for adult learners. We use clear language, practical exercises, and real-scenario role-play to make frameworks easy to retain and apply.

Client Feedback Built In

Each engagement ends with a short feedback exchange. We use what we hear to refine our approach and make sure the session genuinely delivered what was needed.

Culturally Aware Delivery

Working in Phuket means working with Thai and international families side by side. We are attentive to cultural context and adjust our communication style and materials accordingly.

Family Administration Support in Phuket

Household administration is one of those areas that tends to grow quietly in the background until it becomes a source of real friction. Insurance documents filed in three different places. School certificates no one can locate when they are needed. A household filing system that made sense to one person but not the others. These are not dramatic problems, but they add weight to everyday family life — and during a period of transition, they can make an already complicated time feel more overwhelming.

Kintide works with families across Phuket — from Patong and Kata to Rawai and Chalong — to sort through that accumulated disorder and replace it with a shared, sustainable system. Our Household Document Reset is a session built around your specific papers, your household structure, and the way your family actually works. It does not impose a generic template; it develops something that fits.

On the communication side, our Respectful Dialogue Workshop draws on frameworks developed specifically for families navigating change — whether that is a significant life transition, a shift in household makeup, or simply a pattern of conversations that keep ending in the same unhelpful place. The workshop is educational in nature; it introduces frameworks and practises them, without crossing into the territory of therapy or professional mediation.

For organisations that support families — community associations, housing groups, relocation services — our B2B advisory takes a clear look at how internal administrative processes are structured and how educational programming is delivered. The output is a practical recommendations report that an organisation can act on at its own pace.

Throughout all of this, the Kintide approach stays the same: calm, clear, practical, and entirely within the scope of education and organisation. We refer clients to qualified professionals whenever something falls outside what we do. That honesty is, we think, one of the more useful things we offer.
